Our surface-suspended turbines generate hydrokinetic power, while working with the waters’ natural flow. These turbines can be installed, within 30 days in free-flowing water, such as rivers, oceans or man-made channels, and downstream from conventional hydropower plants.
Hydrokinetic energy refers to the energy in moving water. This refers to the velocity (or speed) of the water. EEPL works to capture this kinetic energy through its leading low-head technologies.
